Scissor Lifts for Sale in Abu Dhabi

What to check before buying scissor lifts

Use this checklist when you compare machines and prices for scissor lifts:

• Compare the specifications that matter most for scissor lifts: max working height and platform capacity. Confirm them on the machine's data plate, not only in the advert.
• Confirm that safety systems such as tilt sensing, emergency lowering and platform load sensing work, and ask for the manuals.
• Prices on Arabian Tool are in SAR and exclude VAT, so ask whether your quote is inclusive or exclusive.
• Ask what warranty or after-sales support, if any, the seller offers, and get it in writing.

Choosing the right scissor lift size

Most enquiries for scissor lifts start with max working height. The classes you can open from this page are 8m, 10m, 12m, 14m and 18m.

If you prefer a particular make, these have dedicated pages: JLG, Haulotte, Dingli and Sinoboom. Standardising on one brand can simplify parts and operator training.

What affects the price of scissor lifts for sale

There is no single market rate for scissor lifts: the figure on a quote depends on the points below.

• Year and model: newer models and popular configurations hold their value better.
• Location and transport: moving heavy equipment adds cost that depends on distance and machine size.
• VAT: listed prices are in SAR and exclude VAT, which is added to the final invoice where it applies.

Typical projects for scissor lifts in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is the capital of the United Arab Emirates and the centre of its oil and gas sector, with major industrial and port zones such as KIZAD and Khalifa Port. For construction, as well as industrial and power work, scissor lifts are core equipment.

They are also put to work on cladding and facade work on low-rise buildings, as well as warehouse and retail maintenance.

Well-known industrial and project areas in and around Abu Dhabi include Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) and Khalifa Port. Mention the exact site or zone in your request so suppliers can price delivery and mobilisation accurately.

If the machine you want is not in Abu Dhabi, a supplier in a nearby city may be able to deliver it: Dubai (about 120 km) and Sharjah (about 140 km), measured in a straight line. Tell us if you are flexible on where the machine starts from.
