Draft template: review with legal counsel before launch
This page is a neutral starting template. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and must be reviewed, completed and approved before the site goes live.
These terms govern your use of the Arabian Tool website, an online marketplace that helps visitors find heavy equipment to rent or buy and request quotes from equipment vendors. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Our role
Arabian Tool provides the platform: the catalogue, the request-a-quote form and the links to WhatsApp. Equipment, prices and availability are supplied by vendors. A quote states who the contracting party is, which may be Arabian Tool or the vendor of the equipment.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer until it is confirmed in a written quote.
2. Quotes, prices and payment
The site does not take payment and has no checkout. You request a quote, and the price and availability are confirmed in the quote you receive.
Rates shown on the site are indicative, in Saudi riyals (SAR), and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
Delivery and mobilisation, operator, fuel, insurance, deposits and minimum hire periods are set out in the quote.
Estimates calculated on the site (for example for a date range) are for planning only and do not bind Arabian Tool or any vendor.
3. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate information in requests and vendor registrations.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or send automated or abusive requests.
Do not copy the catalogue at a scale that affects the site's performance.
Keep your vendor account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse.
4. Vendor listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including specifications, images, rates, availability and any certification they state. Arabian Tool may review, edit, decline or remove a listing at its discretion.
5. Safety and compliance
Heavy equipment must be operated only by trained and authorised people, in line with the manufacturer's instructions, applicable regulations and the site requirements of your client.
The site does not certify equipment or operators. Inspection reports, operator credentials and lift plans are your responsibility to request and verify before work starts.
6. Content and intellectual property
The text, design and software of the site belong to Arabian Tool or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but may not republish the content as your own.
Guides and articles are general information. They are not engineering, legal or financial advice, and example figures in them are illustrative.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is and as available, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, Arabian Tool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts and omissions of vendors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-party services
WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is published, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
[Governing law and jurisdiction: to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
