Scissor Lifts for Rent in NEOM

What to consider when renting scissor lifts

Use this checklist when you compare offers for scissor lifts:

• Have the key figures ready. For scissor lifts, suppliers will ask about max working height and platform capacity before they can price the hire.
• Scissor lifts are usually hired without an operator unless the listing says otherwise; if your crew is not qualified to run one, ask for an operator with the machine.
• Choose the power and drive type for the site: electric platforms suit indoor and finished floors, while diesel rough-terrain models suit uneven outdoor ground.
• Ask what delivery and return cost, who loads and unloads, and the condition the machine must be returned in.
• Check what the rate includes: fuel, operator, insurance, consumables and the supplier's breakdown response.

Choosing the right scissor lift size

Scissor lifts are usually specified by max working height. On Arabian Tool you can browse these classes: 8m, 10m, 12m, 14m and 18m.

If you prefer a particular make, these have dedicated pages: Haulotte, Dingli, Snorkel and Sinoboom. Standardising on one brand can simplify parts and operator training.

What affects the price of renting scissor lifts

Two quotes for scissor lifts can differ widely for good reasons. Check these factors when you compare:

• Site and access: remote sites, restricted access and special permits can add cost.
• Machine size and age: larger, newer or better-equipped machines are priced higher.
• VAT: listed rates are in SAR and exclude VAT, which is added to the final invoice where it applies.

Typical projects for scissor lifts in NEOM

NEOM is a giga-project region in Tabuk Province, north-western Saudi Arabia. For construction work, scissor lifts are core equipment. Scissor lifts are common on giga-projects projects.

They are also hired for ceiling, MEP and fire-system installation, as well as warehouse and retail maintenance.

Tell us the site address or district in your request, since delivery and mobilisation are priced from it.

If the machine you want is not in NEOM, a supplier in a nearby city may be able to deliver it: Tabuk (about 140 km) and Yanbu (about 520 km), measured in a straight line. Tell us if you are flexible on where the machine starts from.
