10m Scissor Lifts for Rent in Riyadh

What to consider when renting 10m scissor lifts

Hiring 10m scissor lifts goes more smoothly when the basics are settled before you ask for prices. These points shape the quote:

• Know your numbers: the specifications that matter most for 10m scissor lifts are max working height and platform capacity. Having them to hand makes quotes faster and more accurate.
• Check who will run it. 10m scissor lifts are often dry hire, so if nobody on your crew is qualified, ask the supplier whether an operator can be added.
• Make sure your crew has the familiarisation and fall-protection equipment the site requires, and ask whether the supplier can provide it.
• Confirm the minimum rental period, the daily, weekly or monthly rate, and what happens when the machine stands idle on site.
• Ask for the registration, inspection and operator documents your site or client requires before the machine arrives.

What the 10m class means

On Arabian Tool, the 10m class groups scissor lifts whose max working height falls roughly between 9 and 11 metres. Each machine is placed in the nearest class to its actual specification.

Working height assumes a person standing on the platform, so the platform floor is typically a couple of metres lower than the figure quoted. Check horizontal outreach as well as height before choosing a class.

Not sure which class you need? Describe the job in your request and ask the supplier to confirm the size. You can also look at 8m scissor lifts, 12m scissor lifts, 14m scissor lifts and 18m scissor lifts.

What affects the price of renting 10m scissor lifts

Two quotes for 10m scissor lifts can differ widely for good reasons. Check these factors when you compare:

• Duration: longer hires are usually priced lower per day, and many suppliers quote daily, weekly and monthly rates.
• Availability: rates can move with demand, so the same machine may be quoted differently at different times of year.
• VAT: listed rates are in SAR and exclude VAT, which is added to the final invoice where it applies.

Riyadh is the capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia and the centre of its government, finance and major urban development. 10m scissor lifts are core equipment for construction, as well as industrial and power work.
