20m Spider Lifts for Rent in Riyadh

What to consider when renting 20m spider lifts

A few checks before you request a quote for 20m spider lifts in Riyadh save time later:

• Start from the specification: max working height, max horizontal outreach and platform capacity are what separate one set of 20m spider lifts from another, so note them down before you ask for rates.
• Check who will run it. 20m spider lifts are often dry hire, so if nobody on your crew is qualified, ask the supplier whether an operator can be added.
• Make sure your crew has the familiarisation and fall-protection equipment the site requires, and ask whether the supplier can provide it.
• Share the site location, access route and start date so the supplier can confirm availability for your dates.
• Rates on Arabian Tool are in SAR and exclude VAT, so ask whether your quote is inclusive or exclusive.

What the 20m class means

On Arabian Tool, the 20m class groups spider lifts whose max working height falls roughly between 17.5 and 24 metres. Each machine is placed in the nearest class to its actual specification.

Working height assumes a person standing on the platform, so the platform floor is typically a couple of metres lower than the figure quoted. Check horizontal outreach as well as height before choosing a class.

Not sure which class you need? Describe the job in your request and ask the supplier to confirm the size. You can also look at 15m spider lifts and 28m spider lifts.

What affects the price of renting 20m spider lifts

Two quotes for 20m spider lifts can differ widely for good reasons. Check these factors when you compare:

• Delivery and return: mobilisation to and from your site is often charged separately and depends on distance and machine size.
• Machine size and age: larger, newer or better-equipped machines are priced higher.
• Availability: rates can move with demand, so the same machine may be quoted differently at different times of year.

Riyadh is the capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia and the centre of its government, finance and major urban development. You will often see 20m spider lifts on construction, as well as industrial and power sites.

Nearby bases and their straight-line distance from Riyadh: Al-Kharj (about 90 km), Buraidah (about 320 km) and Hofuf (about 300 km). Delivery is priced on the actual route and the machine's size, so ask each supplier for a delivered price.
